Job Summary
The AEG Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in the business of sports and live entertainment. As a Premium Business Intern, you'll work closely with the Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics team that supports sales, service, and marketing efforts for Crypto.com Arena premium. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the data-driven strategy, operations, and processes that deliver world-class experiences for our premium clients and drive revenue for one of the most iconic arenas in the world. Assist with contract management, inventory tracking, and auditing to ensure accuracy across systems. Support reporting and data analysis using tools like Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track performance and identify trends. Conduct analysis of premium marketing (advertising and member communications) and present recommendations to optimize strategy. Perform audits on web forms, CRM data, and other key platforms to ensure data integrity. Assist with premium marketing initiatives, segmentation projects, and sales enablement efforts. The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer. Qualifications
Passion for sports, entertainment, and business strategy. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Analytics, Marketing, or related field. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); experience with CRM or reporting tools is a plus. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Intern Perks
