Overview
The Development Specialist will assist in the implementation of administrative processes, systems, and structures that support the strong fundraising program focused on the Foundation.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing administrative processes, systems, and structures to support the fundraising program.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years Directly related project or administrative experience.
Skills:
Self-starter with outstanding computer, communication and people skills. Strong writing skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals.
Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
Other:
Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable work style with a sense of humor.
Pay and Considerations The annual salary range for this position is $29.00 - $45.20. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
