Job Summary
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Insurance Claims with 3 to 7 years of experience specializing in Life and Annuity Domain Knowledge. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on enhancing our claims processes and systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive efficiency and accuracy in claims handling contributing to our companys mission of providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate insurance claims processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in claims management. Develop and maintain documentation for claims procedures and guidelines. Provide expert advice and support to claims teams on complex cases. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all claims activities. Utilize Life and Annuity Domain Knowledge to enhance claims processing accuracy. Conduct regular training sessions for claims staff to improve their skills and knowledge. Monitor and report on claims performance metrics to senior management. Assist in the development of new claims products and services. Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and reduce claims processing time. Work closely with IT teams to integrate new technologies into claims processes. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align claims operations with company goals. Contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture within the claims department. Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Life and Annuity Domain Knowledge. Demonstrate experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is highly desirable. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Show proficiency in claims management software and tools. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Work model:
