About the Role
Yze Group is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial
Acquisitions Associate
to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a
commission-based position
designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, underwriting, and closing distressed real estate opportunities across the states.
You will work directly with the Principal, gaining real-time exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate acquisitions—from deal sourcing to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify
distressed real estate opportunities
across the states (multifamily and retail assets)
Build and maintain relationships with
brokers, owners, and industry professionals
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to uncover off-market deals
Assist in
underwriting deals , including financial analysis, rent comps, and valuation
Support due diligence efforts and deal execution
Track leads and opportunities through internal systems
Attend property tours, meetings, and negotiations with the Principal
Compensation & Growth
100% Commission-Based (Initial Period)
Competitive commission per closed deal with strong earning potential
High-upside opportunity for top performers
After an initial
2-month evaluation period , high-performing associates will be considered for a
transition to a base salary plus bonus structure , in addition to commissions
Clear path for long-term growth within the company and potential participation in larger deals over time
Ideal Candidate
Highly driven, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong interest in
real estate investing and acquisitions
Comfortable with outreach (calls, networking, in-person meetings)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset (financial or real estate background is a plus, not required)
Willingness to learn and work directly with leadership
