Overview

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations; eligible employees must register and pass the SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated classes for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will learn foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, evaluating clients’ financial situations, and offering advice and solutions to help them achieve financial goals. After achieving milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America and Merrill investment solutions and client care, with a development pathway through successive stages. Successful progression from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II involves expanding client relationships and continuing skill development, with the Academy providing ongoing programs and resources. Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice, conduct client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with the appropriate Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Build relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and high-net-worth clients, leveraging the bank’s broad client network to grow business. Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Strong ability to build peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with focus on client interests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Currently holds FINRA SIE Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience Skills

Pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, offers determined by experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits
