high-performing Remote Property Manager
to oversee and optimize a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties. If you know how to

Property Operations & Guest Experience
Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties Revenue & Performance Optimization
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance Systems & Tools Management
Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data accurate and up-to-date Optimize processes using automation tools for guest communication and property operations Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations Apply industry best practices to reduce risk and improve efficiency Maintain consistency and quality across all properties Candidate Profile
Required Experience Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications Experience with property management systems and operational tools Knowledge of rental regulations and compliance requirements Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Why This Role Is Attractive
