Cybersecurity Senior Specialist
to join their growing Sustainability & Risk Management team. This high-visibility role serves as the internal and external cybersecurity SME, supporting desktop audits, client-facing engagements, and the expansion of cybersecurity service offerings. This is a rare opportunity to blend deep cybersecurity knowledge with client-facing impact, shaping how a platform used across multiple international markets helps companies manage third-party risk. What you'll do
Serve as cybersecurity SME in client and supplier/contractor meetings Perform desktop audits of cyber-related policies, programs, and certificates Research and develop cybersecurity solutions and maintain an industry research library Recommend and help shape expanded cybersecurity service offerings Partner with Product Development on cybersecurity product expansion Support continual improvement aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a cybersecurity practitioner Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, laws, standards, and frameworks Experience in vendor risk, third-party risk, compliance, or cybersecurity audit environments Excellent communication and presentation skills — client-facing comfort is essential Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Cloud-based technology certification CRVPM, CRISC, or similar credentials Background in GRC, cyber consulting, or contractor/supplier risk environments Base salary up to $120K - $125K · Annual bonus up to $15,000 · 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision · 4% retirement match · 15–30 days PTO + 13 holidays · Cell phone reimbursement · Parking or DART transit covered Professional development support Work setup
In-person Monday–Friday during the first 90 days, then 4 days onsite/week in Dallas, TX office. Up to 10% travel required. This role is not open to fully remote candidates. Sponsorship note
