Product Marketing Manager

What You’ll Own As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the center of
Product, Brand, Marketing, and Sales
— turning strategy into compelling stories that drive results.
You will:
Own
go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product positioning
for key product lines
Bring products to life through
clear, compelling storytelling
that resonates with consumers
Lead development of
marketing briefs, product naming, and launch narratives
Partner cross-functionally to ensure
alignment from concept to commercialization
Contribute to
consumer insights, competitive analysis, and portfolio strategy
Help build and evolve
how we take products to market
What Makes This Role Different This is not a “stay in your lane” marketing role.
You will:
Work deeply cross-functionally — no silos here
Have
ownership and accountability for results
Help
rebuild and shape our GTM playbook
Influence how our products show up in the market

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or similar roles
Proven experience owning
GTM strategy, positioning, and product launches
Strong ability to
translate products into compelling consumer stories
Experience in
consumer products
(preferred: outdoor, athletic, or hardgoods brands)
A highly
collaborative mindset
— you work
with
teams, not around them
Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
A
growth mindset , curiosity, and a willingness to challenge and improve how things are done
Position is onsite with an occasional remote day depending on business need.
Travel is required 5-10% of the time, including international.

tech/SaaS environments
Are not comfortable with cross-functional partnership and accountability
