Position Overview
As a Community Outreach Representative, you will play a key role in executing face-to-face marketing campaigns and fundraising events. You’ll interact directly with the public, promote nonprofit missions, and help drive donations and community participation. This role offers valuable training in event coordination, customer engagement, and fundraising strategy. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing event marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives Represent nonprofit clients at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs Engage with attendees to communicate campaign goals and encourage donations or participation Build relationships with community members, donors, and supporters Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information about nonprofit causes Track event performance, donor engagement, and outreach metrics Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and fundraising goals Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, fundraising, and leadership development Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences Interest in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, or community outreach Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteering is a plus What We Offer
