We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Email Marketing Junior Associate

to support our growing ecommerce marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least

1 year of experience in ecommerce

and a strong interest in email campaign execution, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Experience with

Oracle Responsys

is highly preferred.

You will work closely with senior team members to build, QA, deploy, and optimize email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns using Oracle Responsys, including building templates, setting up audience segments, and scheduling sends.

Support the execution of automated lifecycle programs (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.).

Perform quality assurance checks across all campaigns (links, rendering, segmentation logic, personalization).

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative.

Pull daily/weekly performance reports and help analyze results to identify optimization opportunities.

Maintain and update email lists, segments, and suppression files in line with deliverability and compliance best practices.

Assist with A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, content, and send-time optimization.

Support SMS campaign execution as needed.

Work with cross-functional ecommerce teams to align email content with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Responsys (or another enterprise-level ESP).

Basic understanding of email marketing fundamentals — segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and compliance.

Strong attention to detail with excellent QA and proofreading abilities.

Familiarity with HTML for email is a plus (not required).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SMS platforms and mobile messaging strategy.

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).

Understanding of customer lifecycle programs and automated workflows.

A/B testing experience.

This is a HYBRID position, minimum of 3 days in Office. 9am to 6pm.
