As an Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Operations Training department supporting the development of engaging and effective learning solutions. $65/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Design educational content adhering to instructional design principles, ensuring learning objectives align with business goals.

Partner with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create dynamic curricula for live classrooms, workshops, and e-learning experiences, utilizing AGILE methodologies for continuous improvement and flexibility.

Develop interactive and immersive online learning experiences using advanced eLearning authoring tools.

Update and re-author current online learning experiences with a focus on learner engagement and SCORM compliance.

Assess training solutions regularly for quality, scalability, and impact, implementing iterative improvements to drive measurable outcomes.

What's Needed? 6-8 years of instructional design experience, with a focus on blended learning- OLT, ILT, and vILT.

Experience creating engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to visualize and articulate instructional flows and learner experiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequent change and limited oversight.

Portfolio of ID work samples demonstrating previous projects and achievements.
