Overview
This role is in the Digital Marketing department. It supports digital product teams by collecting and analyzing data to inform feature development, performance tracking, and customer behavior insights. The analyst helps build analytical skills and business acumen in a fast-paced product environment. This position will support the Digital Commercial team and their digital revenue goals, responsible for ongoing sales reporting, predictive analytics, segmentation analysis, maintaining dashboards, and communicating critical results. Expert knowledge of internal FedEx databases is required. Essential Functions
Assists in querying product usage data and preparing reports for PMs and stakeholders. Supports A/B test analysis, user segmentation, and performance dashboards. Cleans, organizes, and validates data from internal systems and tools. Documents data definitions, logic, and assumptions used in reports. Shadows senior analysts to learn product context and analytical techniques. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education
Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of practical experience may offset education requirements. Minimum Experience
Internship or academic project experience in analytics, business, or tech. Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Excel and SQL. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Job Conditions

Actual pay determined by experience, tenure, market level, location, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In California, compensation reflects the range for this posted position upon hire.
