Overview
Territory Sales Manager for a $20B+ Fortune 250 manufacturer of industrial and filtration technologies, known for delivering best-in-class products across critical oil & gas and industrial applications. The company continues to experience strong, steady growth and is well-positioned for long-term expansion. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a defined South Texas territory (Houston / Permian Basin) by both nurturing existing accounts and developing new business. This is a highly consultative, technical sale within a well-established territory that includes a strong existing book of business, key distribution partners, and significant opportunity for continued growth. You will work closely with both end users and distributors, selling process filtration solutions into midstream and downstream oil & gas operators, as well as broader industrial processing environments. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales and/or distributor sales within the industrial market Oil & gas industry experience is highly preferred (midstream/downstream exposure ideal) Experience selling technical or application-based products (filtration, process equipment, etc.) preferred Proven ability to work with and manage distributor/channel partners Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage engineers and plant-level stakeholders Must be able to travel ~50% as required Bachelor’s Degree required Ideally located in Houston, TX, with Midland/Odessa as a secondary option
