
Marketing Campaign Specialist - Hybrid from NY

Overview
*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. – Thurs.). The fourth week is fully remote. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will provide day‑to‑day execution and operational support for Lands’ End Email and SMS Marketing initiatives. This role assists with the accurate and timely creation and execution of campaigns, supporting a fast‑paced team focused on driving online revenue and customer engagement through email and SMS programs.
Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery.
Maintain and update the campaign calendar, tracking deadlines, assets, and approvals.
Perform detailed quality assurance on all campaigns, including proofreading copy and verifying layouts, images, links, and dynamic content prior to deployment.
Audit and verify audience selection and segmentation for all campaigns.
Help collect, organize, and summarize campaign performance data to support reporting and recaps.
Maintain organization of files, assets, and documentation.
Collaborate with Lands’ End Creative and Promotion teams, as well as external support resources, to coordinate routing, approvals, and deployment as dictated by production workflow plans.
Assist with alignment of campaigns to promotional and marketing calendars.
Stay informed on email and SMS marketing best practices and share relevant updates with the team.
Perform other related duties as assigned and follow all safety and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and digital marketing workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
