As the Associate Brand Manager - World Aged Spirits, you will be responsible for supporting and/or managing assigned categories/brands. You will develop and execute strategies, activation plans/budgets and new business development (NBD) initiatives. You will collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing teams, Business Intelligence, DCOE, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies and trade partners to achieve business and strategic objectives. Priorities
Grow sales volume, manage and optimize cost of goods and overheads - while delivering highest quality products. Priority Brands will grow in volume and profit at a faster rate than the total business, and will comprise more than 65%. Strategic and annua Design, implement a system of brand and state priorities - resulting in a brand / state priority matrix. Execute (work) on the priorities at a state / brand level Maintain a prioritized list of new initiatives and ensure projects are communicated and managed in order to achieve target ship dates and volumes. Strategic Brands have well documented strategic plans and annual plans and activities that support and achieve the long term goals. PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member. Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree - preferred degreed in business, marketing or communications 2+ years of relevant experience Ability to communicate with all levels of an org Willingness to travel Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes Excellent oral & written communication skills Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Implementation or project management experience Experience in a fast paced environment Preferred
MBA Experience with three tier distribution system Experience in new business development Prior advertising agency experience Physical Requirements
