Rate of Pay: $76,000 per year
Responsibilities
Design studies, sketches, and conceptual studies using hand drawing and digital media
3D modeling for detailed design studies and programming including Rhino and SketchUp presentation graphics
Produce presentation graphics and presentations by utilizing AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
Assist in preparation of construction drawings/documents, sets (grading plans, planting plans, layout plans, technical details and specifications) utilizing AutoCAD and SketchUP
Assist in development of site development plans submitted for development approval in conformance with plans, specifications, and ordinances
Compile and analyze data on site conditions
Assist in preparation of cost estimates, technical reports and memos
Attend and participate in meetings (incl. oral presentations, interaction with clients, consultant teams, and travel)
Work with senior designers and principals on a collaborative team from conceptual design through construction documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as Google Docs and basic understanding of Rhino and Lumion
