Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Fire Sprinkler Designer located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Fire Sprinkler Designer will be responsible for designing fire sprinkler systems in compliance with local and national codes, creating plans and specifications, and preparing layout drawings. The role also includes collaborating with engineers, contractors, and project managers, performing hydraulic calculations, and supervising field installations to ensure they meet design specifications. Requirements
5+ years of project management/design experience in the fire sprinkler industry (required) Proficiency in Autosprink and AutoCAD Knowledge of fire protection systems, hydraulic calculations, and applicable codes Willingness to travel within the DFW area (no out-of-state travel required) Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record Ability to pass a background check Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred (Not Required):
RME-G license and/or additional design experience (may increase compensation) Bilingual skills OSHA certifications or formal safety training What We Offer:
