Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Client Executive within the Business Insurance Property & Casualty team, utilize exceptional client servicing skills to maintain and expand client relationships within your own assigned book of accounts.
Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters, Service Team members and other departments to provide professional insurance services.
Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations; complete applications; prepare submissions; negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers; prepare proposals according to agency standards.
Resolve issues related to billing, make policy changes, respond to policy coverage questions in a timely and professional manner, and prepare exposure and premium comparisons, renewal reviews and renewal proposals.
Participate in continuing education to maintain a P&C license, stay current with regulations, and enhance insurance knowledge.
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license
10+ years relevant commercial lines insurance experience, with at least 3 years in a brokerage environment
Experience in managing assigned accounts through the client life cycle, including the renewal process
Demonstrated ability to expand services at each renewal through upselling and cross selling
Effective oral and written communication and relationship-building skills; ability to converse with all levels of internal colleagues and external clients and vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, managing escalated client issues
Significant experience facilitating client meetings and presentations
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as agency management systems and web browser software
Additional qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or related fields

Compensation The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
