The Enrollment Associate serves as the primary point of contact for prospective student inquiries and manages the daily operations of the admissions office. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate communication and documentation throughout the admissions process. Working collaboratively within the Advancement team - a dynamic and mission-driven group - the Enrollment Associate plays a key role in shaping first impressions and supporting the ongoing experiences of families throughout the MVC admissions cycle.

Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management (DEM), this position helps ensure that the Admissions team meets established goals and performance standards vital to the continued success of MVC. Additionally, the Enrollment Associate assists in monitoring lead flow and supports the planning and implementation of local marketing initiatives.

Anticipated start date:

June 2026, with potential for an earlier start.

Support student recruitment and admissions activities, including data management, reporting, and coordination of the enrollment process across departments.

Welcome guests, schedule and conduct campus tours, and follow up with visitors and prospective students accordingly.

Communicate regularly with prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate and execute events such as Experience MVC, Open Houses, and Invitational Events.

Supports the DEM in providing leadership and oversight to student interns and ambassadors.

Work closely with the DEM to periodically evaluate admissions policies and procedures to ensure alignment with MVC’s goals.

Track, monitor, and report progress toward enrollment targets and start goals.

Assist the DEM with presentations to feeder schools, consultants, tours, and school fairs to promote MVC and attract prospective students and families as needed.

Complete additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements Any combination of education and/or relevant professional experience providing the necessary and required skill(s)/knowledge for successful job performance is acceptable:

1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or data entry experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Empathy, care, and compassion

Flexibility and adaptability

Relational warmth, to connect with prospective and new students/families

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely lift up to 20+ lbs

Ability to operate relevant office equipment.

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and/or squat for prolonged periods of time.

Work outside occasionally, over multiple terrains, and in varying weather conditions, as needed.
