As a Sr. Business Strategy Consultant within the Global Parts Pricing (GPP) Strategy team, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive business performance across a global organization. This role blends strategic thinking with pricing knowledge, requiring leadership presence to influence direction, guide decision-making, and drive meaningful progress. You will gain broad exposure to pricing strategy, senior stakeholders, and cross functional collaboration with opportunities to increase responsibility. This position is ideal for professionals who take initiative and ownership of their work. What You Will Do: Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and momentum toward shared business goals

Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, tailoring messages as needed

Track interdependence across multiple initiatives and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities

Develop structured frameworks and analyses to help clarify complex or ambiguous business challenges

Partner with stakeholders at varying levels to manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables

Plan and facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and/or workshops to drive progress and alignment

Deploy change management to ensure successful adoption of processes, tools, and/or strategies

What Skills You Have: Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Relationship Management:

Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Customer Focus:

Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:

Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Data Gathering & Analysis:

Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Strategic Thinking:

Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

What Will Set You Apart: Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years of relevant professional experience

Knowledge of pricing and / or aftermarket function

Demonstrated initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of work

Experience working with global teams and within a matrixed organization

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights

A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

Additional Information: This position requires working onsite five days a week

This position requires limited travel (up to 5% of working time)

#LI Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
