Teknor Apex is looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Inside Sales Representative

to help grow and support our business. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing pipeline, and delivering responsive day-to-day sales support.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve sales and margin goals

Develop and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities

Maintain regular customer contact through calls, emails, and digital outreach

Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the right products and solutions

Support retention and account growth through proactive follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling

Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing, product, and availability information

Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline activity, and account details

Partner with Customer Service, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred

2–5 years of inside sales, account management, or commercial experience

Experience in plastics compounding, resins, or specialty chemicals preferred

Proven ability to manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, and achieve sales goals

Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

A proactive, customer-first approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
