Role Overview We are seeking a highly trustworthy, organized, and driven Personal Assistant to support a Founder involved in multiple ongoing business and community projects. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires someone who can think independently, stay deeply organized, protect confidentiality, and provide consistent, reliable support across a wide range of professional and personal responsibilities. Position Summary This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career professional who enjoys staying organized, learning new systems, and supporting operations behind the scenes. The Personal Assistant will help manage scheduling, coordination, research, tracking, and general administrative support across multiple projects and locations. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Organizational Support: Manage calendar, scheduling, emails, and follow-ups.
Track tasks, reminders, and deadlines.
Assist with multiple projects and maintain organizational systems.
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with SOP development, organization, and workflow improvements.
Data & Analytical Support
Work with Excel or Google Sheets to track data, budgets, and information.
Review numbers, identify gaps, and notice trends.
Maintain organized records and reporting documents.
Research & AI Tools
Conduct research on tools, vendors, and platforms.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for drafting, research, and organization.
Social Media Support (Light Support Role)
Organize content ideas and assist with drafting captions.
Help schedule posts and support basic engagement.
Use AI tools to assist with content organization.
On-Site & Cross-Location Support
Work across multiple office environments as needed.
Adapt to changing priorities and shifting locations.
Provide in-person support when required.
Assist with errands and operational tasks as needed.
