Housing Stability & Landlord Liaison

A community support organization in White Plains is seeking a Housing Retention Specialist to assist individuals in shelters to find affordable housing and reduce the likelihood of returning to shelters. Responsibilities include identifying housing opportunities, developing landlord relationships, screening clients, and supporting them through the housing process. The ideal candidate has significant case management experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and must be able to manage multiple clients effectively.
