Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join the Stine Seed Company team. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities to build strong relationships with a network of growers, dealers, and stakeholders. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, supporting growers with best practices for achieving higher yields, and promoting Stine’s products and solutions. Additional tasks include engaging with regional sales teams, delivering product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and grow client accounts effectively Knowledge of agronomy and crop production practices, particularly in corn and soybean yield management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer aptitude Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred Experience in the agriculture industry or relevant field is highly desirable
