Key Qualifications
Master’s Graduate and Licensed in the State of Alabama LPC - LICSW
Experience in leading a team
Corrections experience required
Satisfactory background investigation report required
Must pass security clearance and drug screening as part of the hiring process
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative staff, facilitating discussions on treatment programs and resolving issues as needed
Provide clinical supervision to the Mental Health Services team to ensure the provision of effective, timely care
Lead the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures for the assessment, identification, and provision of clinical services
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of treatment programs contracted to YesCare
Ensure the integration and appropriate staffing of contracted treatment programs
Monitor the effectiveness of Mental Health Services to guarantee that clinical services are delivered professionally and promptly
Coordinate and oversee the facility’s mental health Quality Improvement Program to continuously enhance care standards
Assist in the recruitment and selection of qualified clinical staff, including psychiatric professionals
Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff to enhance service delivery and team collaboration
