We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to be part of our TEAM! Ideal candidate will have experience leading a 2-man team for Residential Retrofit Installations and mentoring a helper/apprentice. Residential Lead HVAC Installer Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Work hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, some overtime as needed What you will be doing: Overseeing residential retrofit/ changeout install from start to finish Training / mentoring helper Start up of newly installed equipment Consult customers about products, installation, and answer any questions Insuring customer Arrive every morning at the shop to clock in via Service Titan and prepare the day's installs Required Qualifications: 3 + years of residential HVAC installation experience Lead experience EPA Universal Certification Experience mentoring helpers Service Titan experience a plus! Possess basic hand tools Able to lift 70 lbs. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Learn more about us online:
