Description and Requirements We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented

Junior Account Executive

to join our North America Hyperscale team. In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with a

Senior Account Executive

to manage a premier territory focused on the intersection of AI infrastructure and Scale Cloud.

You aren't just a "backup"-you are the engine room of the account. Your mission is to own the tactical execution and routine customer interface, ensuring operational excellence so the Senior AE can focus on long-term strategy and partnership expansion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Full cycle account manager from opportunity identification to delivery and power-on, ensuring business execution and customer satisfaction within named accounts

Secondary contact for all customer communications, will become Primary for certain functions

Lead internal and external meetings related to supporting key customers including occasional early-morning or late-night to collaborate with global team members

Maintain task trackers and routine slide deck updates for internal and external stakeholders. Schedule breakout sessions and ensure tasks are closed out

Lead operational execution as representative of Sr AE and advocate for the customer when they cannot be present. Drive internal stakeholders to help ensure prompt communication and resolution for any customer satisfaction issue that arises

Chase new leads and lines of business within account base. Help gather data and build business cases on how to improve profitability and grow revenue

Respond to RFPs in collaboration with Sr AE

Travel for key customer meetings (QBRs) and special events (conferences/factory tours)

Fully empowered co-owner of key accounts who can take over if/when Sr. AE has other critical projects or customer escalations, including helping manage internal stakeholders

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field

5+ years of sales experience in the tech environment

Preferred Requirements:

Ability to travel 10-20%

Ability to show strong organizational skills

Presentation skills with high level leadership

Strong time management capabilities

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $155,000 - $175,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
