Operations & Marketing Execution Assistant Title:
Real Estate Marketing & Operations Assistant Pay Range:
Starting at $18/hour Real estate license a plus Purpose of the Role
Support the daily operations and marketing execution of The Alexander Realty Group by managing task completion, marketing schedules, CRM organization, and listing activity so the team leader can focus on client relationships, negotiations, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution
Follow the content calendar and post across platforms. Schedule and post Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content in advance when possible. Upload reels and videos provided by Michelle. Write captions using provided templates. Create basic Canva graphics, reel covers, YouTube Thumbnails. Track engagement and performance. Uploading /arranging photos.
Newsletter & Email Marketing
Manage regular communication with database. Send/prepare monthly newsletters from provided content. Upload property announcements. Send open house invites across several platforms. Maintain email list segmentation. Maintain clean and updated database weekly.
CRM Organization & Action Plans
Keep your database structured and active. Tag contacts properly in CRM. Add new leads from open houses and as provided. Assign action plans. Track follow-ups and reminders.
Listing & Open House Preparation
Help prepare listings and events. Prepare open house materials. Coordinate sign installation. Print flyers and sign-in sheets. Confirm showing instructions. Upload photos sets. Ensure all marketing is completed before go-live.
Showing & Appointment Support
Coordinate showing requests. Confirm appointments. Prepare listing sheets for tours. Manage basic scheduling logistics.
Task & Project Follow-Through
Ensure ideas actually get implemented. Maintain weekly task list. Track project progress. Execute small operational projects. Assist with admin tasks.

Ideal Candidate: Thrives on completing tasks and checking things off a list Enjoys organization and creating structure Follows through without needing reminders Comfortable working behind the scenes Prefers execution over brainstorming Highly organized Detail oriented Reliable follow-through Good with systems Comfortable executing repetitive tasks Process-driven Software familiarity Canva Instagram / Facebook scheduling YouTube / Google / Tiktok /LinkedIn CRM systems Google Docs / Sheets Basic email marketing tools AI experience a plus Success in This Role Looks Like: All social posts are scheduled and posted on time weekly CRM is consistently updated and organized No missed follow-ups or untracked leads Open houses and listings are fully prepared without last-minute scrambling Marketing campaigns are executed without needing reminders This role does NOT include: Client sales or negotiations Lead generation or cold calling High-level marketing strategy Independent content creation without direction Equipment Requirement
Must have your own reliable laptop Comfortable working in Google Drive, Canva, and CRM systems Growth Opportunity
This role has the potential to grow into a full-time Operations Manager position with increased responsibility and compensation as the business scales. 15–25 hours per week Some flexibility required for open house prep and listing activity Prefer in person work schedule, remote tasks and hours can be shifted as performance is executed To Apply (Video Required)
