
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator role is designed to support the development and execution of strategic marketing efforts at Perkins&Will. From foundational coordination tasks to contributing to compelling client-facing materials, this role helps drive pursuit success, brand consistency, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the corporate graphics team to maintain a high standard of graphic design excellence across all marketing efforts.
Prepares and coordinates proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Schedules, tracks, and supports the production of marketing deliverables to meet deadlines.
Participates in cross-disciplinary meetings to align messaging, production schedules, and team efforts.
Drafts, edits, organizes, and proofreads marketing collateral, ensuring content is client-specific, competitive, and aligned with firm brand standards.
Conducts research on clients, market trends, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and pursuits.
Manages and updates social media platforms and website content.
Maintains accurate project and client information in firmwide databases.
Assists in coordinating events, public relations efforts, trade show materials, speaking engagements, and award submissions.
Supports development of marketing strategies and begins to understand messaging and positioning.
Contributes to firmwide initiatives and maintains clear, proactive communication with team members.
Uses storytelling techniques to enhance marketing content and presentations.
Ensures all work is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
Actively seeks knowledge about industry trends and marketing best practices.
Supports coordination among internal teams, consultants, and prospective clients.

Software Proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
3+ years as a Marketing professional in the Architecture industry
SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) membership or certification, desired but not required.
