Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Graphic Designer (Marketing & Branding Assets) to create visual content, design marketing materials, and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital and print design. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Processing Design graphics for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives. Maintain consistency across digital and print assets. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visual content. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all materials adhere to company branding guidelines. Assist in preparing design reports for management review. Support creative audits and quality assurance. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams. Ensure creative projects align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or marketing creative production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools. Strong attention to detail and creative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in government contracting or defense-related marketing. Familiarity with social media design and content management. Core Competencies
Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure creative accuracy and brand compliance. Problem-Solving: Address design challenges proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
