Mothering Justice is a multi-state grassroots organization led by and for mothers, committed to Black maternal health equity and transformative justice. Our work is rooted in seven states and growing, and the stories we tell publicly must match the depth and integrity of the work we do internally.
We are looking for a Multimedia Production Specialist who will serve as the full-stack creative and technical engine behind our content ecosystem. This is not a clip-and-post role. The Multimedia Production Specialist operates at the production level: owning the entire content pipeline from pre‑production planning through post‑production delivery, ensuring that every asset we release across video, audio, motion, and digital channels reflects who we are and why this work matters.
Our Communications team is an award‑winning team. The bar for this work is set accordingly. If you have done broadcast‑quality production work inside movement organizations and understand the weight of representing communities that are routinely misrepresented, this contract was designed for you.
