Evaluate and guide trade‑offs across performance, power, cost, scalability, and time‑to‑market
Strategic Initiatives & Portfolio Planning
Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives such as long‑term technology and R&D investment planning, multi‑generation roadmap alignment and portfolio prioritization, evaluation of new product opportunities or market expansions, and support executive decision‑making with structured analysis and clear recommendations. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current approaches and drive improvements.
Product Operations & Analytics
Drive development and adoption of consistent product management processes across the organization
Build and maintain business cases, including revenue, cost, and investment trade‑offs
