Overview
This is a virtual position that will be based in the selected locations noted on the posting, serving the Mid-Atlantic into the Northeast areas. ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager within our Retirement Services group. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining effective ADP relationships with top-tier clients for retirement/401(k) needs. As the liaison with the client and a key client advocate, the Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for the client\'s overall satisfaction. The role operates at senior levels of the client organization and may interact with middle management and staff when necessary. Understanding the client\'s short- and long-term goals relative to their retirement plan, the Relationship Manager serves as a facilitator of services across the Retirement Services organization and may assist ADP Sales in new opportunities. This position will involve extensive frequent domestic travel to meet with the client book.
Responsibilities
Key ADP contact for the client\'s decision maker and/or the senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship regarding retirement plans.
Key liaison with all ADP entities to proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after the client is sold. Focus is on total client satisfaction.
Execute quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients. Communicate and oversee the resolution of critical service issues with all ADP entities and communicate areas of satisfaction or perceived improvement.
Understand client\'s business issues and retirement planning needs. Identify new service and/or product opportunities.
Proactively position client satisfaction surveys and follow up on critical surveys.
Communicate and promote key ADP initiatives, such as MOTM, User Group Meetings, and Product Announcements/Enhancements.
Positioned as the Client Advocate within ADP — resolve issues and ensure clients understand ADP\'s position on World Class Service. Recognize service as a key differentiator.
Participate in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
Maintain comprehensive and timely records on service activities. Adhere to standard ADP tools and processes for recording and responding to service activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years\' related experience in professional services or relationship management, with proven proficiency in managing a book of business supporting clients.
Comprehensive understanding of Retirement Products.
Ability to travel 25-30% based on client needs.
High School diploma.
A college degree is helpful but not required; other relevant experiences may include military experience and licensures as described below.
FINRA Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and Securities Industry Essentials.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree preferred in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in managing executive-level relationships with clients and third parties.
Extensive understanding of Defined Contribution record keeping and plan administration.
Familiarity with mutual funds and basic investment management principles.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation range is USD $74,100.00 - $150,300.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
