Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual solutions for a Core Diagnostics division, supporting marketing initiatives and product launches.

This role involves creating high-quality designs across multiple platforms including print, digital, tradeshows, and marketing collateral.

The position requires strong adherence to brand guidelines, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative, customer-focused design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop graphic design materials to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project managers, designers, and external vendors to execute creative concepts.

Create designs for multiple formats including print, digital platforms, tradeshows, and social media.

Ensure all deliverables align with established brand guidelines and visual standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

Participate in concept development and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns.

Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and consistency across all outputs.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a creative agency (internal or external).

Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Experience working in Mac iOS environment and Microsoft Office 365.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and media concepts.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong communication and client presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Experience with Figma.

Experience working on new brand launches.

Experience across diverse formats including print, digital, tradeshows, and social media.
