Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth. Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Communicate with prospective clients to present and promote Rowdy Logistics’ services. Support the overall sales process, from initial outreach through opportunity development. Experience

Prior sales experience, with B2B sales preferred. Strong understanding of lead generation and identifying new business opportunities. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computers and standard business tools; experience using AI tools is a plus. Must reside in Texas and be able to commute to the Irving, TX office. Self-motivated with a high level of energy and curiosity for new opportunities and people. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and succeed in a growing organization. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean. Experience in sales or business development within transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage. Operational knowledge of freight types such as full truckload, flatbed, over-dimensional, or specialized transportation. Location
