What Will You Do? As a Growth Marketing Lead – Activation & Conversion at Tomo Credit, you will design and execute the activation and conversion engine to turn prospects into paying customers. You will build and launch hands‑on lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in‑app messaging. Additionally, you will run rapid A/B tests, leverage AI for personalization, and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates week over week.
