AWS is seeking a Startups GenAI Operations Lead. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable operational mechanisms that connect business strategy to execution through data-driven decision making and rigorous inspection systems. The role encompasses managing Strategic Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Top Deal Calls while establishing essential business rhythms that create the operational backbone for predictable business outcomes and growth in our Startups GenAI business. As a trusted advisor, this Startups GenAI Sales Operations Lead position will lead time-sensitive executive responses and conduct comprehensive data analyses to inform strategic decisions. The role will spearhead critical cross-functional projects including GPU capacity tracking, credits monitoring, and planning processes such as headcount planning and territory mapping. Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact operational mechanisms (e.g., Strategic Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Top Deal Calls) that drive GenAI business operational excellence and growth, converting strategy into measurable business outcomes Design and operate scalable systems to prioritize GenAI resources across the startup ecosystem through headcount planning, capacity tracking, credits monitoring, etc. Support customer acquisition goals through a goaling framework and mechanisms Lead time-sensitive executive responses and conduct comprehensive data analyses to inform strategic decisions About the Team

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or related fields with demonstrated success in scaling operational mechanisms Track record of driving results through data-driven decision making, with exceptional analytical and business judgment skills Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
