What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the Strong Start process for new students and Learning Coaches
Facilitate orientation sessions and track student engagement to enhance attendance
Serve as a liaison between students, Learning Coaches, and teachers to promote effective communication
Develop and facilitate educational programs for parents and Learning Coaches
Collaborate with the school leadership team to evaluate communication strategies and community involvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, human services, or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
Familiarity with online learning environments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in education, counseling, human services, or a related field
Three (3) years of experience working with families in developing parent mentors or community involvement
