OSM Worldwide is hiring a Sales Representative (SR) to help grow our customer base by introducing small and mid-sized businesses to our parcel delivery solutions. This is an entry-level, hunter-style role ideal for someone who is highly competitive, coachable, and excited to build real sales skills through outbound prospecting, structured training, and hands-on experience. Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits Identify and qualify businesses that can benefit from OSM’s delivery solutions Follow a structured sales process to open and develop new accounts Meet or exceed activity and lead-generation targets Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach messaging Track prospect activity and interactions in Salesforce What We Offer:
