is seeking a Part-Time bilingual
Leasing Agent
to help to market and lease apartments for our property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities
Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours Collect deposit and/or fees associated with move-in Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in Assist with planning and hosting of resident events Assist residents with the move-out process Requirements
Prior experience in property management leasing required. Onisite, BlueMoon software knowledge required Bilingual (English/Spanish highly preferred) Strong computer skills Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on resident satisfaction Highly proficient in social media platforms for marketing, outreach, and engagement Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
