VML Health is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Associate Account Director to lead and manage a team of account professionals and drive client success within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, and a passion for fostering client growth and innovation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a team of account professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, aligning with client objectives and budgets. Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction. Manage client communication and presentations, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion. Who You Are

A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute successful healthcare marketing campaigns. A confident and persuasive communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. A problem-solver, able to navigate challenges and find creative solutions. A mentor and coach, committed to developing and supporting team members. A results-oriented individual, with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to driving client success. What You’ll Need

5-8 years of agency and/or client-side experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team. Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and timelines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. What We Offer
