ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE TEAM Our clients include many of the nation’s most influential luxury residential and market-defining commercial developments, alongside leading private equity and financial institutions, publicly traded REITs, family offices, and venture-backed platforms. ABOUT THIS ROLE This position provides a unique opportunity to build a career with a talented and motivated team working with clients that are shaping the real estate industry. You will support a variety of strategic communications plans by owning media relations, project management, events, partnerships and writing tasks. This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Real Estate team is in office 3 days per week. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS As an Associate Account Executiveon the Real Estate team, you will… Help develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts Engage with key reporters, editors and influencers to pitch and place stories and content across local, regional and national outlets; build and maintain press lists Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, fact sheets, talking points, and communications strategies Oversee day-to-day communications with clients, including staffing weekly calls, developing meeting agendas, press coverage and event recaps and participate in events Support teams at press events and openings Help manage work streams across multiple accounts Essential skills: A minimum of 1 years of experience with strategic communications from working at a PR agency or in-house communications team Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news sense Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media, etc. Strong attention to detail Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives WORKING AT BERLINROSEN Salary range
