training class. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to overcome objections, and having a results driven mindset. As the first point of contact for most customers, the Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in shaping customer experience and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!) and answer inbound calls from existing customers and interested homeowners Clearly explain the value, benefits, and process of Expo Home Improvement services. Qualify the potential project, answer questions and schedule a free in-home estimate. Follow up with interested leads who haven’t scheduled yet to maximize appointments set. Actively listen and then execute the proven sales and consultative techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments. Maintain high energy, focus, and professionalism throughout each call. Follow sales scripts, call flows, and best practices to ensure consistent performance. Create a positive, trust-based experience that reflects Expo’s brand and values. Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals. About Expo Home Improvement

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ability to handle objections confidently and guide potential customers through our process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and call tracking software is a plus. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficient with touch typing skills. Full time availability including evenings and weekends. 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environments, preferably in home improvement or a related industry Working Conditions
Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, viewing a computer screen while making and receiving phone calls Office setting with frequent coordination across departments Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment Work is performed in a professional office settings require extensive use of computers, data platforms, and communication tools May require occasional evenings or weekends as needed Must be comfortable working with confidential information Equal Opportunity Employer
