Overview

Position Summary: Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Customers — ensuring commercial opportunities move smoothly from concept to launch while supporting inside sales growth and customer execution. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional coordination for new product introductions, reformulations, and customer-specific projects from concept through commercialization. Act as the primary internal point of contact to keep projects on track, aligned, and moving forward. Drive continuous improvement of data management processes to increase efficiency and data reliability. Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and IT to align data requirements with business needs. Translate customer requirements into clear internal action items and timelines. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs early and proactively drive solutions. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication across stakeholders. Ensure customer expectations are aligned with operational capabilities. Support assigned sales accounts with quoting, pricing coordination, product setup, and order execution. Partner closely with outside sales to advance opportunities and support account growth. Serve as a customer-facing contact for select accounts, providing timely updates and follow-through. Help identify upsell, cross-sell, or line-extension opportunities during commercialization work, support customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain to align commercial priorities. Facilitate clear communication between departments to reduce friction and delays. Help standardize processes between sales execution and operational delivery. Identify opportunities to improve commercialization workflows and inside sales processes. Help document and refine best practices as the role matures. Support scalability as the business grows and customer complexity increases. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a Senior Sales Role. Exceptional communication, leadership and negotiation skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing and office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position. Must be able to lift 50 lb and be proficient with computers, Word, and Excel. Occasional travel for training or audits may be required.
