This is a part-time, on-site Fragrance Consultant position located in Farmington, CT. The Fragrance Consultant will assist customers in selecting fragrances that meet their preferences, provide product recommendations, and share in-depth product knowledge. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, building positive customer relationships, and promoting a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications
Proficiency in Product Knowledge and a passion for designer and brand name fragrances Experience in Retail Sales and ability to achieve sales targets Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, delivering exceptional shopping experiences Interest in or experience with Cosmetology or related industries Ability to work effectively on-site and provide face-to-face customer assistance Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in fragrance or retail sales is an advantage
