Initiate contact with consumers in the early stages of mortgage loan default to collect past due payments Assess consumer financial information and arrange repayment plans as necessary Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage loan products and compliance requirements Identify and investigate potential fraud or insurance issues, escalating as necessary Maintain compliance with operational risk controls and internal standards What is Required
A combined 2 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software Strong problem-solving skills for account maintenance and corrections How to Stand Out
