Responsibilities
Optimize provider profiles to improve ranking and discoverability across payer directories and third-party platforms
Analyze factors influencing provider visibility and search performance, making necessary adjustments
Audit provider data for accuracy and consistency across various systems
Track key metrics related to provider visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and streamline updates
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in provider data, healthcare operations, directory management, or analytics
Strong understanding of how provider directories function (payer or third-party)
Experience working with structured data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completeness
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience optimizing provider profiles in platforms like Psychology Today, Zocdoc, or payer directories
Familiarity with NPI, CAQH, taxonomy codes, and provider data structures
Exposure to search ranking, filtering logic, or marketplace dynamics
Understanding of healthcare data exchange concepts (e.g., FHIR)
