Part-Time New Home Walkthrough Agent . About the Role
This
work-as-needed, part-time position
is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals who take pride in exceptional customer service. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for new home buyers, helping ensure a smooth, confident transition into their new homes. As the welcoming face and voice of our company, you’ll support buyers during one of life’s most exciting milestones—moving into a new home—while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders. Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are reviewed and properly documented. Meet with clients on-site to explain procedures, answer questions, and document potential construction-related items. Maintain regular communication with the Director of Field Operations and Strategic Accounts, providing updates on progress and performance. Travel & Work Setting
This is a
remote position with field responsibilities . Must reside in or near San Antonio, TX. Regular local travel throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas is required. Must be willing to travel to
Austin, TX 1–2 times per week. Flexibility and availability are essential. Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for motivated individuals with experience in
residential construction, carpentry, installation, home inspection, renovation, firefighting, or similar fields . Successful candidates bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Residential construction experience strongly preferred. Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams. Proficient with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe PDF. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during fieldwork. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
