Channel Sales Manager-Industrial Disinfection ! The
Channel Sales Manager – Industrial Disinfection
is responsible for driving profitable growth of industrial disinfection technologies through channel partners including distributors, manufacturer’s representatives, OEMs, and system integrators. The role owns channel strategy execution, partner performance, and opportunity conversion within assigned industrial markets and geographies. Acts as the primary commercial interface between Xylem and channel partners, enabling technical, sales, and marketing capabilities to expand market share in industrial disinfection applications. Role Scope
Owns channel strategy and performance across a larger geography, multiple industrial verticals, or a developing market
Accountable for channel expansion, partner capability development, and market growth initiatives
Serves as a commercial and technical authority for industrial disinfection within the region
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute regional channel strategy aligned to industrial growth objectives
Recruit, onboard, and develop new distributors, OEMs, and integrators
Lead joint business planning and performance management with key partners
Influence specification and technology selection with industrial end users, EPCs, and OEMs alongside partners
Provide market intelligence and strategic input to product management and leadership
Mentor less experienced sales or channel team members (informal leadership)
Decision Latitude
Channel structure, partner selection, and coverage models
Strategic opportunity pursuit and resource prioritization
Pricing and commercial recommendations within broader approval authority
Key Performance Indicators
Regional orders, revenue, and margin growth
Channel expansion and partner productivity
Market share growth in targeted industrial applications
Strategic opportunity win rate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive sales or channel leadership experience
Demonstrated success building and scaling channel networks in industrial markets
Strong technical and commercial credibility with senior customer stakeholders

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
