Drive

new business acquisition

in the Automotive Engineering Services (Embedded, Digital, Battery) space, focusing on

net-new logos and revenue generation

across target accounts. Will be responsible for

opening new client doors within new-age energy / battery companies , with prior experience in selling

offshore engineering services to India (Embedded / Digital Engineering) . Note:

The candidate must be currently based in the USA with a valid work visa. Key Responsibilities: Drive

new business acquisition

in the Automotive Engineering Services (Embedded, Digital) space, focusing on

net-new logos and revenue generation

across target accounts. Will be responsible for

opening new client doors within new-age energy / battery companies , with prior experience in selling

offshore engineering services to India (Embedded / Digital Engineering) . Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, margin and DSO targets. Understand and articulate global delivery models leveraging India and their benefits and attributes for clients Drive account mining and farming activities within existing customers to identify new service lines and cross-sell opportunities. Own and drive end-to-end CONSULTATIVE sales for engineering and digital services in the assigned region (Embedded, Mechanical, Digital, and IT services). Develop / Contribute to a go-to-market strategy to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients in Transportation and Mobility (including Automotive and Rail). Generate qualified leads, nurture opportunities, and manage the complete sales lifecycle - from prospecting to contract closure. Build and maintain relationships across different levels – including V and C levels - and key decision-makers within target client organizations. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and solution teams to craft client-specific value propositions and proposals. Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline using CRM tools. Provide accurate sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to leadership. Ensure alignment between client needs and delivery teams for successful project execution and long-term customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred 7 to 15 years of experience in selling technology/engineering services in North America, ideally with global delivery models Proven success in

in the Automotive Engineering Services (Embedded, Digital) Proven ability to

open new client doors within new-age energy / battery companies , with prior experience in selling

offshore engineering services to India (Embedded / Digital Engineering) . Good understanding of

embedded systems, digital transformation , product engineering, and IT services Demonstrated ability to engage with senior client stakeholders (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing proposals and sales forecasts
